Your photos are private order materials
We use the photos you upload only to create and make your order. Once our shared order system is connected, originals will be kept privately and available only to authorized staff. Customer-facing previews are always watermarked.
Consent
By uploading, you confirm you have permission to use each photo, including from a parent or guardian for any child shown. We will never show your piece in our gallery without separate written permission.
Retention
Retention periods for uploads, generated artwork and order records are still being decided and will be stated here before launch.
This preview build
In this preview, your original photo files are kept privately on this device, in your browser's storage, so you can re-frame them; they are not sent to us or to Google. After you tick the consent box and click “Generate 3 artwork options”, all the face references you framed (square face/head JPEG references up to 1024 px, derived from your framing — one required and up to two optional per person) plus the selected template are sent to Google Gemini to generate 3 watermarked artwork options. Your full photos, their file names and source identifiers are never sent. Google's own terms govern how it handles that request; we have not yet confirmed a retention period with Google. The artwork you choose is the one we print. Clearing your browser data removes the photos, options and choice saved here; the clean print file is not stored anywhere yet because our private storage isn't connected.
